Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation Classes ONLINE with Michelle – this will be the LAST SESSION BEFORE SUMMER 2021 as I am due to have a double hip-replacement in the New Year and will be out of action for a number of months!

You are invited to join our ONLINE COMMUNI-CHI!!! 

At this continuing, extremely challenging time, I strongly believe we all need the Chi (energy and life-force) more than ever as well as the tools to boost our immune system, reduce our fight-or-flight stress response and to strengthen our lungs and respiratory system. 

By going online using Zoom we’ll still be able to easily stay socially connected but physically distanced. The Chi knows no boundaries after all! And the great thing is EVERYBODY’S WELCOME as these classes are suitable for all** and no experience is necessary. I look forward to sharing “Chi & Tea” with you online ! Michelle x
 
WHEN:
  • Wednesdays at 7-8.15pm (UK time) from 11th Nov 2020 for 6 weeks.
  • PLUS video access to each class for a week ! So if Weds evenings don’t suit you – no problem! Everyone will have access to the weekly Zoom recording so you can take part whenever you like and as many times as you like per week!
LOCATION: At your home! online using Zoom.
 
COST: €65 Euro for 6 weeks – Includes weekly video access.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: A laptop/PC or iPad in front of you eg. In your bedroom, study or lounge with enough space to swing your arms from side to side! A yoga mat if you have one. A cup of tea and/or a glass of water handy! Please wear comfy clothing you can move in.

Enjoy the Power of Presence, the Beauty of Balance and the Space in Stillness……YOU can cultivate and harness the power of the Chi and relax and recharge your whole system. Let’s make health, harmony and happiness a way of life! ALL WELCOME – No experience necessary. 

Each class includes a gentle warm up to release physical tension, Chi Kung movements to boost your energy levels, the flowing, calming movements of Infinite Tai Chi and closes with a relaxing Mindfulness Meditation.

I usually provide herbal tea but suggest you have one ready at home for our online classes!

**NB. The majority of movements in these classes are fairly gentle and I will talk you through every step. Your safety, comfort and wellbeing is my primary concern but, as we are online, I can’t see you or help and advise you directly in the case of particular physical issues. I am very happy to chat with you on the phone to discuss any particular needs or questions you may have about the class. If you have recently incurred an injury or surgery I recommend that you do not take part in these classes until 3 months afterwards. Please be mindful of your own physical limits and abilities when taking up any new form of exercise and during the classes ensure you stop immediately if any movements cause pain or discomfort.
