Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic (Ayurveda meaning “Knowledge of Life”) massage technique originally from India, this amazing treatment focuses on the ‘engine’ of the central nervous system – the neck, shoulders, head & face as well as the hands and arms. I like to nickname it “Body NCT” – the ultimate Nerve Calming Treatment!
This is a piece of relaxation magic, my most popular treatment and a real speciality of mine! My father is from India, after all, so I have an “Indian Head”!
By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system – the body’s “self-soothing” system – it is deeply relaxing and leaves you feeling quietly energized and refreshed with a clearer mind and a revitalized body.
