Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation Classes with Michelle – NOW ONLINE!!!
Further to the closure of Bru Columbanus in Wilton, due to the Covid-19 precautions, I am delighted and excited to invite you to join our ONLINE COMMUNI-CHI!!!
I’ll be offering another session of two online classes per week for four weeks at the SPECIAL COVID-19 RATE of only €45 for 6 classes (1 class per week) or €75 for 12 classes (2 classes per week)! You can choose if you’d like to take part on Monday mornings or Wednesday evenings or sign up for BOTH for the ultimate energy boost to not-only kick-start your week but get you over the mid-week “hump” too!
- Mondays at 10-11.15am (British Summertime) from 22nd June 2020 for 6 weeks.
- Wednesdays at 7-8.15pm (British Summertime) from 24th June 2020 for 6 weeks.
- €45 Euro for 6 classes (either Mon or Weds) only €7.50 per class!
- Or €75 Euro for 12 classes (Both Mon and Weds) only €6 per class!

I usually provide herbal tea but suggest you have one ready at home for our online classes!

*NB. The majority of movements in these classes are fairly gentle and I will talk you through every step. Your safety, comfort and wellbeing is my primary concern but, as we are online, I can’t see you or help and advise you directly in the case of particular physical issues. I am very happy to chat with you on the phone to discuss any particular needs or questions you may have about the class. If you have recently incurred an injury or surgery I recommend that you do not take part in these classes until 3 months afterwards. Please be mindful of your own physical limits and abilities when taking up any new form of exercise and during the classes ensure you stop immediately if any movements cause pain or discomfort.
