Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation Classes with Michelle – NOW ONLINE!!!

Further to the closure of Bru Columbanus in Wilton, due to the Covid-19 precautions, I am delighted and excited to invite you to join our ONLINE COMMUNI-CHI!!! 

The first 4-week online session using Zoom starts Weds 25th March 2020 at 7-8.15pm GMT. I will be charging a SPECIAL COVID-19 RATE of only €30 for the x4 classes. NB. Don’t worry if you missed the first 2 sessions You can sign-up for 2 weeks below for €15 on 8th and 15th April! It’s highly likely I will then arrange another x4 week session commencing 22nd April…… this space.

I really believe we all need the Chi (energy and life-force) more than ever right now as well as the tools to boost our immune system, reduce our fight-or-flight stress response and to strengthen our lungs and respiratory system ??
By going online we’ll still be able to easily stay Socially Connected but physically distanced. The Chi knows no boundaries after all! 
TIME: From Weds 25th March 19.00-20.15 (GMT) for 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks I’ll be reviewing the situation and it’s likely we’ll continue online for another 4 weeks.
LOCATION: online at your home!
COST: €30 Euro for 4 weeks (book online below). This is a special Covid-19 rate (normally €50). 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: A laptop/PC or iPad in front of you eg. In your bedroom, study or lounge. A yoga mat if you have one. A cup of tea and a glass of water handy! 
NB. You WILL NOT need to download anything in advance. Once you’ve booked your place below I will send you a Zoom meeting link and simple instructions by email. After a couple of clicks you’ll be in!! Please ensure you provide your email address at time of booking thx!

Each class includes a gentle warm up to release physical tension, Chi Kung movements to boost your energy levels, the flowing, calming movements of Infinite Tai Chi and closes with a relaxing Mindfulness Meditation.

Join me for CHI & TEA – I usually provide herbal tea but suggest you have one ready at home for our online classes!

Everybody’s welcome to join me for “Chi & Tea”! Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, no experience necessary. Please wear comfy clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you have one. Michelle x
