Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation Classes IN-PERSON and also available online – with Michelle!

NB. IN-PERSON CLASSES ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED. There are still unlimited Zoom places available though! 

 

IMPORTANT: NB. By signing up for the IN-PERSON CLASSES you are confirming that you are FULLY COVID VACCINATED and have the relevant cert to prove this (paper copy or on your phone). I sincerely wish I didn’t have to ask for this and was hoping by now this would no longer be necessary. Thanks for your understanding.

Now more than ever, I strongly believe we all need all the health benefits gained from Tai Chi and its energy/ life-force – to name a few: boosting our immune system, slowing down our body and mind, reducing our fight-or-flight stress response and strengthening our lungs and respiratory system. As well as being good fun!

EVERYBODY’S WELCOME as these classes are suitable for all** and no experience is necessary. And everybody – at Bru Columbanus and on Zoom – will receive access to the Zoom recording each week so you can practice as much as you like in between classes!

  • Wednesdays at 7-8.15pm from 19th Jan 2022 for 8 weeks. 

IMPORTANT >>> Please note – There will be NO CLASSES ON 2nd and 23rd Feb due to my upcoming training and exams!! Therefore, the last class will be 23rd March. 

LOCATION:
  • IN-PERSON – at Bru Columbanus, Cardinal Way, Wilton – next to Wilton shopping centre/ SMA / opposite CUH.  See map below.  
  • OR – at home ! ONLINE using Zoom.
COST: IN-PERSON €112pp / ONLINE €96pp Euro for 8 weeks payable in advance.
Access to Zoom recording included for everyone! And those at Bru Columbanus will be offered herbal tea!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
TO BRING: to Bru Columbanus – a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you have them. I will bring a few spares if not. Also a bottle of water. Please wear comfy clothing you can move in.
 
AT HOME: For Zoom classes: A laptop/PC or iPad in front of you eg. In your bedroom, study or lounge with enough space to swing your arms from side to side! A yoga mat if you have one. A cup of tea and/or a glass of water handy! Please wear comfy clothing you can move in.

Enjoy the Power of Presence, the Beauty of Balance and the Space in Stillness……YOU can cultivate and harness the power of the Chi and relax and recharge your whole system. Let’s make health, harmony and happiness a way of life! ALL WELCOME – No experience necessary. 

Each class includes a gentle warm up to release physical tension, Chi Kung movements to boost your energy levels, the flowing, calming movements of Infinite Tai Chi and closes with a relaxing Mindfulness Meditation.

**NB. The majority of movements in these classes are fairly gentle and I will talk you through every step. Your safety, comfort and wellbeing is my primary concern.  I am very happy to chat with you on the phone to discuss any particular needs or questions you may have about the class. If you have recently incurred an injury or surgery I recommend that you do not take part in these classes until 3 months afterwards. Please be mindful of your own physical limits and abilities when taking up any new form of exercise and during the classes ensure you stop immediately if any movements cause pain or discomfort.
