Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation Classes IN-PERSON and also available online – with Michelle!
After more than 18 LONG months I am simply delighted to offer classes in-person again!!!! I’ll also have the classes streaming simultaneously via Zoom if you’d like to join in that way instead.
IMPORTANT: NB. By signing up for the IN-PERSON CLASSES you are confirming that you are FULLY COVID VACCINATED and have the relevant cert to prove this – a paper copy or on your phone. I sincerely wish I didn’t have to ask for this and was hoping by now this would no longer be necessary. Thanks for your understanding.
Now more than ever, I strongly believe we all need all the health benefits gained from Tai Chi and its energy/ life-force – to name a few: boosting our immune system, slowing down our body and mind, reducing our fight-or-flight stress response and strengthening our lungs and respiratory system. As well as being fun!
- Wednesdays at 7-8.15pm from 3rd November 2021 for 6 weeks NB. There will be NO CLASS ON 17th NOV. Therefore, the last class will be 15th Dec.
- IN-PERSON – at Bru Columbanus, Cardinal Way, Wilton – next to Wilton shopping centre/ SMA / opposite CUH
- OR – at home ! ONLINE using Zoom.

**NB. The majority of movements in these classes are fairly gentle and I will talk you through every step. Your safety, comfort and wellbeing is my primary concern. I am very happy to chat with you on the phone to discuss any particular needs or questions you may have about the class. If you have recently incurred an injury or surgery I recommend that you do not take part in these classes until 3 months afterwards. Please be mindful of your own physical limits and abilities when taking up any new form of exercise and during the classes ensure you stop immediately if any movements cause pain or discomfort.
